90-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a part doesn't fit or you simply changed your mind, we offer a generous 90-day return window for most items.

Eligible Items

Unused items in original packaging are eligible for a full refund within 90 days of purchase.

Non-Returnable

Installed parts, electrical components, and custom-ordered items cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Support: Email us at returns@sterlingsaxis.com with your order number.
  2. Receive RMA: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item and include the RMA number inside the box.
  4. Refund Process: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Guaranteed to Fit

If you used our "Guaranteed to Fit" search and the part does not fit your vehicle, we will cover the return shipping costs and help you find the correct replacement part immediately.
